3. User Eligibility and Account

4. Bookings and Cancellations

- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking price
- No-shows will not be refunded
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to insufficient registrations, presenter illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Responsible Drinking
Australia for Wine Connoisseurs promotes responsible alcohol consumption. By participating in our events:
- You agree to consume alcohol responsibly
- You acknowledge that it is illegal to drive under the influence of alcohol
- You agree to arrange alternative transportation if necessary
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated
- We may limit alcohol service at our discretion
